I haven't found any current info on where 1" black rolls of crepe paper streamer material is available. Anyone know?

All I found at the party store is one and three-quarter inch wide. 1 inch wide works a lot better for Combat.

The guys here use the ground cover mat for gardening and cut it into strips. I have seen red and black. Not sure where the red comes from. They use a jute type string.
