HI BULL! Your question made me curious so I did an engine search at RCU and found the HP 20. It pts out .75HP, weighs less than 8oz and costs $120. It wasn't rated though. If you want to see some eye-popping numbers, take a look at the K&B .18! Weighs the same as most .15s and puts out over a horse @19000RPM, sounds too good to be true.

Did you see price on the K&B... they used to make a .20 sportster... If you have the site that sells these motors let me know... The K& B would be perfect... Thanks a bunch!

I have had good luck with the novarossi .21 from planethobby.com. It will turn 18k with 9x4 prop, and a ky mousse can. or 18k with open exhaust. The price is reasonable too. I think $80 including a plug and spinner, and muffler.

I believe that MVVS makes a 20. Thier engines just plain haul butt. They make lots of power and are reliable as well. They are also fairly indestructable. The only down side is they do not like nitro. Most people here reccomend 5%. I have several 40's and use 10%. But I live here in central Pa and am a fair bit over sea level. I have had no problems.
