I've ordered from Rick before and he's great to deal with. If you're looking for larger sizes then you may be out of luck...from what I remember the EPP billets are formed 24" x 36" x 4" max...at least that was the case where Rick gets his from. Splicing it together for longer cores is no problem...just use some 3M77 to join the EPP.

A chunk of EPP 24"X36" should be big enough for a couple of sloap soarers. That is the biggest piece of EPP that I've heard of yet.
Do you have any info on cutting EPP? I've cut other types of foam but have never used a hot wire on EPP. What temperature range should be used, in comparison to blue or styrene foam?
