Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me. I want to buy a fast model airplane which is strong and can handle aggressive 90 degrees turns. It should also be a kit (not ARF). Engine size 40-46.
I'v already had some thoughts about the Lanier's 'Shrike' kit or the 'Dimond dust' kit. what do you think?
thanks

Any of the Q500s would be a good choice.
Great Planes Viper ARF
Lanier Predator ARF
Lanier Dominator KIT
You just roll them to knife edge, and yank the stick and they will make the 90 turns you are looking for without Snapping. The Deltas that were mentioned roll very fast, but don't seem to make the agreesive elevator maneuvers it sounds like you are looking for. They kind of skid through the turn.
Also, with a Q500 you get landing gear which is always nice. With a .40 or .46 your looking at 110-120 mph if you keep the weight down between 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 oz.
