Is there a company who sells a catapult for 1/12 scale combat planes? I saw one a few years ago, but failed to buy one. I am interested in one with aluminum tubing or something light.

There are lots of plans out there you can follow to build it yourself. I think if you do a search here you will find a few old threads on it that might have links.
Most of us who fly a lot of combat just hand-launch. It's rare that you see a catapult used much any more.
