Me and a few buddies want to build some spads for fun combat, we have the plans and are waiting on the coroplast. How do you score this stuff for the wings? Exacto? Some kind of roller like for replacing screens in windows? Thanks for the help-Ron

From: Laurel, MD,
Some guys use a roller like you mention, including exactly the type you mention.
You can also use a straight edge and a screwdriver. You want a crease, not a cut, in the coro.

There is a couple other ways to bend Coro........#1 Run the flutes lenghtwise instead of fore and aft. You remove the inside face of the flute, and fold it over......very nice straight leading edge. If you remove several of them, you can fold the leading edge around a fiberglass rod or dowel to make your LE indestructable!!
#2 If you know someone that installs aluminnum siding for a living..they use a metal break for bending ...just mark your line, and bend it...........quick, fast and easy!!
