Hey, I just recieved my JKA TA-152 kits in the mail yesterday. This one looks to be a lot of fun (I ordered 3). I put an order in with Tower for an OS 25FX to pull it around, should be a good combo I think!
Anyone get one and fly it yet? Love to hear a report on the performance. Mine will be built in the next few weeks, I will post some pics when done. Ahhhhhh, the weather is finally warming up here in Maine!

Yep, mine is on order and should be here soon. ....countin the days!
I learned a few lessons on the JKA FW 190 that I just finished that should prove valuble on the TA 152. Come to find out, I built her too tail heavy and I had my ailerons set improperly. Wow!! What a handful!!
I set a little wash out on my ailerons and I moved the CG forward . I also cut my battery into the top of the fuse almost touching the firewall. All other equipment is installed according to directions.
Thanks to the help of Demon, Kurt, Neal and others, I figured out what I did wrong and completely rebuilt her.
Ready now for Maiden #2

Will Do,
Glad to hear you got the FW190 figured out. Let us know how the next flight goes.
I Have just about completed the 3rd bedroom (completely rebuilt and refinished it) which will be my airplane workshop. I put all kits on hold till this got completed, now I can finally get started on some of these airplanes I have on hand. So much for building kits in the winter and flying in the summer, I am so sick of home improvement. Sorry, I just had to vent.......

Max Wonder,
Glad to hear the Fw-190 will fly again! Please let us know how you make out with it.
KT,
Got a digital camera? If so, could you post some shots of your build "in progress"?

WOW! Just got my TA 152 in the mail today!!
This size plane with its long wingspan looks alot like several of the SSC warbirds that flew in Paris. I was really impressed with the planes of this size that I saw in combat at Paris. It did not seem to me that they were underpowered at all and glide was long and slow. Anyone gonna use it for SSC?
I may go either way.......
