Default Aircraft Update

Ive been a little out of combat for the last couple years and just wanted to catch up a little on any new trends or manufacturers of aircraft lately. I am interested mostly in scale 2548 or 2610 and just wanted to see what people have been flying or what they have in the hanger. I was unable to fly all year and did not get to watch the nats the last two years so I feel like I am missing out. If you guys have any planes or pics you want to share, I would love to see them. (ive been bit by the bug again) Thanks guys, I look forward to your responses

In Kilifornia eh? have you been to any of the meets in Livermore or Palomar or Exeter? I dont think there are any other sanctioned meets anywhere else in this state. its mainly open B. Palomar has one coming up in december., open B, SSC and 2458 will be flown. Mako's dominate Kilifornia, a few spads are still flown still. as far as scale, im not sure. there are two or three companys making scale. check out the rccombat.com page to get more info. Im glad yur gtting back into it and hope to see you around

wow, I didnt realize were Petaluma was, You are close to Livermore. its close to Tracy. there is a great open B meet there on the 27th, this next saturday. try to come down if you can. I will be there with my two boys tearing it up. I live in the central vally about 3 hrs south-east of Livermore. the event is " Diable Face off" on the RCCA site. if you have an open B plane, come and fly! hope to see you there. If you got any questions, don't hessitate to P.M. me

that would be great if you could. The only SSC and scale(2458) sanctioned events are held in Palomar ( San Diego) Exeter and Livermore are open B only. there might be some club combat at other places. I do fly a corostang plane, coroplast p-51, in open B. it looks scale but it doesnt have a canopy. it would be nice to get some SSC or scale going, maybe next year.
