Send e-mail to [email protected]. I believe he built his first tree. Not too much too it actually the electronics behind the tree are the thing that is tough. Be sure and ask him about the different bulbs to use for daylight and nighttime. You have to change them out when it gets darker or they are too bright. Tell him Griz sent you
If you decide its too much there are a couple of clubs in Cali where you can race. The Western Nats were there a couple of weeks ago. Best place to ask questions about that kind of thing is probably www.imdra.com. rcdrags.com is in the process of rebuilding their site. Commercial tree's are a lot cheaper than an amb system but still pretty expensive. They guys in Rialto have a new system that is a lot less expensive and very nice. If you are looking for a practice tree there is a nice program you can get for your puter. http://www.startingline1.com
