Just my take on this (and I know there are those who will disagree), but Novak is crap.
The capacitors they use are the cheapest that can be found, so the rest of their components are suspect, as well.
When I first began buying their products, the capacitors were popping all over the place, one caused a fire. Of 6 systems I purchased, none of them now work. They are all sitting in some landfill somewhere. One system was returned for repair, and promptly went kaput the moment I turned it on. The warranty wasn't honored, and all charges paid were out-of-pocket. I have since become a Castle Creations devotee. THEIRsystems are BULLETPROOF.
I have 7 CC systems, and all are still running strong. They are also adjustable by PC. Novak's aren't.

kingJurzy,
Spektrumwas the first to introduce 2.4 Ghz. Futaba got their system from Spektrum. Spektrum OWNS the 2.4 Ghz system.
The only differences are the amount of adjustability of each company's transmitter systems. That is really the only benefit between one 2.4 Ghz system and another.

Castle Creation fan here too....I own and run the sidewinder and mamba max pro, both bullet proof. I love these systems because they are fully adjustable on a PC. I also have heard many complaints about Novak.

I have a MMP and it's sitting in my spares box.
The XeRun system is faster, more reliable and runs cooler than my MMP.
The XeRun Esc's are fantastic, can't recommend them high enough.
Stay away from the XeRun motors though, they're very poor quality.
I have been running the XRun 60A Esc and a Speed Passion V3 13.5T for the last year or so and it's pretty much the perfect setup for 99% of the surfaces i've driven it on.
