O.K., this is for the CS guys out there (if there are still any around)......I'm running an early-production (first 1,000) Tamiya TA05 VDF, and recently CS'ed it with an Eagle Racing 1.60 CS kit. My problem is this: I don't seem to get much drift angle. I had more, when the VDF was still 50/50. The chassis set-up is: 4 degrees caster (stock) 4 degrees camber (front). 6 degrees camber (rear) All upper links set in furthest inward mounting position. Rear links use outer position on uprights. Front shocks use outer lower position, upper- most inward, soft springs. Rear shocks use inner lower position, upper- most outward, medium-hard springs. 1 degree toe in front. 2 degrees toe in rear. Front ride height is 4mm, no droop. Rear ride height is 7mm, no droop. HPI A-drift tires (they work exceedingly well on the surfaces I currently run, but I have Raikou DXPE's, and D68's at my disposal). LRP Spin Super ESC with LRP Vector 17.5T motor. Everything else is Spektrum. The chassis also runs approx. 1 oz weight immediately in front of the motor, to slow the swing. I have tried a number of different adjustments, to no avail. Any help with this is appreciated.
