Default Converting a drifter?

I am looking to trade my crawler for a SCT/SCB, just something I can bash on. A guy offered to trade me a drifter that has tekin fxr, 4000 mah 3s traxxas rx/tx some spare tires, spare esc and new set of cvd's. Will admit I am not a fan of drifting in the 1:1 or RC's. Is it possible to convert it to a normal buggy or truck? I know I will have to change to body as the low sitting Honda won't work. I don't know what is involved in making a RC drifter.

Drifters are on road cars. In rare cases some on roads share a platform with 4wd buggy but the 4wd buggy will have longer suspension arms, a longer chassis, longer shocks etc. If you're looking for an off road basher you don't want a drifter/on road car.
