Default Rc Drift Oversteer

i have a sakura d4 and a boom racing gyro. i've been practicing but i keep on oversteering to much. i kept adjusting the gyro and still i keep oversteering. i need help.

I am very new to this. The local guys say I am using too much throttle and moving the steering knob too much. With that in mind, I am doing much better. I have been practicing a 3' circle trying to stay as even as possible. I am making a lot of head way. Also, use very slippery tires. The easier it spins, the easier it is to control it.
