have the abs but now with the wheels..

how do you guys get the rims to fit snug..did you guys juss sand it down a lil bit and press fit them in or is that a bad idea.. i tryed snipping the lips on my rims a lil bit with wire cutters but it looks hella ugly.

They should be snug. I lay the wheel on the ground then the pvc on top. Then I put a small peice of 2x4 on top and hit it with a hammer. If the wheel is too small wrap the wheel with tape (I use electric tape) untill it makes the pvc tight.

I us file and file off a VERY small amount of the inside lip of the ABS so it doesn't snag when going in. After that I just tap them on with a rubber mallet.
When I say a very small amount I mean a VERY small little angle to the inside of one edge. If you file any more than that they will come off easily as the wheel contacts the ABS at about that point.
