Ok,
I'm located in the Orlando, Florida are and am looking at getting into RC drifting. I've been in the rc hobby for about 15 years, so i know how to tune and work on the things. Question is..
I'm looking at getting the Yokomo Nitro Drift RTR car, and have searched the threads here and having come up with much info on it. Has anyone used this car, and if so how do you like it? Also, whats the best/cheapest place to pick one up at?
Thanks,
thomas

ok what i say is noooooo wayyy.
can if ya want but the thing is 500 bucks. lowest prob 470 shipped but its not worth it.
you can get a hpi evo rtr+drifting kit ready for about 400 which is a better drifter and with a extra 100 it can be better.
yokomo is a great brand for drifting but its over priced. with other cars that do the same i choose the cheaper one.

From: fountain hills,
AZ,
my friend is getting the yokomo drifter and got it for about 300 off towerhobbies. i'll be running it pretty soon for him since its his first car but wants to drift. i woudl say its a great starter car but if you looking for hardcore racing and drifting, get hpi or ass. or any other and customize it to drift. depends on what you want to do. if you got the money and want something big then buy different things but if you don't want tos pend much and try it out then upgrade get yokomo.
