Default JUST COMPLETED MY DRIFTER!!!

Hey guys,
I bought a Revo two weeks ago but my neighbors were giving me dirty looks. I just bought a TC4 RTR and just completed a new body and have some PVC drift tires hooked up. Damn, I'm loving life right now.

I have two questions:

1. Do you ever fry speed controls because the motor is constantly spinning at high RPMs or does five minute breaks in between sessions suffice?

2. I turned my car on for the second time and it would go reverse instead of forward. So, I reattached the battery and re-turned on the car and it now words fine. Is anything wrong with my ESC from what you can gleam? It now runs fine but I have now idea why it reversed throttle responses that one time.

Thanks guys and DRIFTING FACKING ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

what is the condition of the batteries like in the transmitter
if they were a little flat it could cause some glitching

i just got a rtr tC4 today. the lrp speed control will automatically set each time you power up the car. mine did that reverse thing once, but cant be sure. the only thing that i can think of is that i was holding the trigger in a funky spot when i powered up the car and the esc set itsel f up wrong...who knows, works fine ever since then. and no, you wont burn the esc with high revs, but you will find that wot is not necessary all the time when drifting.

I'd give you dirty looks too. But that's more because your car still works after that whole reverse fiasco. My MR did that and it blew the motor. Now, it's en-route to Yokomo in Irvine to get fixed (which is only cuz a)i'm at war b) it's not even a month old). So, I'd just be jealous. But that seems to be a common problem. Someone should look into that....seriously. Nice Supra, by the way. I shall call you Supraman. ha. Get it. IT's a play on Super man....cuz u got a Supra...which is sorta like Super...LOL. I amuse myself.

Hehe. "It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Supra Man!!"

Hey, chap, hope your car gets fixed.

I shall call you Cole Trickle because you blew your motor. Remember when the main character in "Days of Thunder" blew his motor when he said: "I'm pulling the hammer." He redlined like crazy and blew his engine.

Not as funny as your "Super" joke but still, your name is Cole Trickle.
