The number one question that I see, is if a certain car is good for drifting. Here is your answer. Any RTR shaft driven or belt driven AWD car is a good drifter. It is the easiest to get into drifting with. It won't be the best, but you can always upgrade your motor and chassis. Sure, there are Walmart/Toys R Us RTRs, but they are not worth it, in my honest opinion. Save your money and get a real R/C, a real R/C that you can use when you and if, decide to compete. You will be thankful in the long run. -David

PS,
If you have a Walmart/Toys R Us car, I don't mean any harm. This is just my opinion.
