is there a good RTR drift ready r/c that i can get for under 100 bucks?
i tried searching, but didnt help much....
so far ive only found the xmod and drift king that r under 100 bucks
and im new to the forum and to the r/c drifting thing

no.. definately dont get those.. they have no replacement or hop up parts... the cheapest RTR that u r going to find is going to be $150... go to www.towerhobbies.com ... and find a Tamiya TT-01 ... prob the cheapest drift car... hope this helps..

Yeah bro, you might wanna hold off. I've been wanting to get into r/c since I was about 19-20 yrs old. I'm now 26 and JUST getting into it. It's a money pit. Throw your money into a real car first. That's what I've been doing. And r/c is expensive any way you slice it cuz you're gonna break parts and you're gonna want more performance. Just like 1:1 scale cars.

It's true. I know people that spend TONS on money on r/c's. Get a job then buy one. If you have some extra money and blow it on an R/C what are you gonna do when you need parts. Unless you havea consistan cash flow it wont be worth it.
