im new to the RC drfiting scene, and im just looking around and making a list of what i want and need to drift and i was looking for bodies and i found these nikko cars. they look pretty sweet and well detailed, but are they just toys or can they be put on an RC chassit (1/10th scale)?

They look good I must admit but honestly just if your on a budget maybe you should save a little bit of your money and get yourself into a TT01D! I know a lot of people are going to say otherwise but for the extra few dollars and pays for the hop-ups you will receive within the package.

You can probably cut the hell out of them and make them fit on a chasis, but they're not exactly made for it. I actually believe that they're cars within themselves. I know Nikko is a toy RC car company. Check HPI, Yokomo, and Protoform if you're looking for bodies.

While your at it just spend the 10 dollars on the aluminum propellor shaft and you have yourself a good little car and you can slowly upgrade as you go along.
