Default A bit of a dilema...

Well, guys, I have recently started to get back into RCing, and really like difting over all else. I currently own a CEN GX1, stock except for a Trinity motor and new radio, and it works great. I have been planning on getting a new suspension for it so I could have a setup better suited for drifting, and I have looked into ball bearings and other "drifting" parts. However, I am starting to question myself. I can get a TT-01D for a great price, and I know for sure that this car would be better with drifting than my CEN could ever be. If I got the TT-01D, I would try and sell my CEN, just because money is tight. One other problem I have though is that I like to do a little non-drift driving at times and I wonder if the TT-01D is good for this purpose too? Basically, I just wanted your guys' opinion on weather to upgrade the CEN with whats avalible and hold on to it, or get the TT-01D and do my best to sell the CEN. The biggest part in this desicion is price, and is it worth getting a completely new car. Please tell me what you think, and thanks for your time!

i looked up the CEN and it looks good, good potential, could we see pics of yours? i have a TT-01 (not D) set up for drift and it works great but i dont see any thing that would be a disadvantage from using the CEN, i'm new to RC in general so someone else might be able to add to that.

I think it's a somewhat of a good idea to sell the current car you have. On the plus side if you sell the current car over the price of the car you want you'll have a bit of extra money left to buy some other modifying parts to upgrade the car.Trust me it
might work.Or just buy a Yokomo drift car.

Ive deceided to stay with my CEN, it works fine for drifting, and its something not many other people have.
