ALL WHEEL DRIVE IS A MUST 2wd jus doesnt have enough control to get nice long drifts. (trust me, I tried)

If u have a nitro use a hard compound rubber tire.

you could go with the hitec aggressor radio with esc combo. thats like 70 some dollars at tower. it comes with radio, reciever, esc, and one servo. as for batteries alot of people i know run a Epic 3000 mah battery. all of these can be found at towerhobbies. www.towerhobbies.com

Hey man, I give you props for doing some research and deciding to move on to a TB. Glad to see you're skipping over the TT-series! I'd sell you my TL-01, but it's missing stuff and it's sort of a step down from the T-Spec.

It Depends on Your experience. Not just the drivetrain on your car. Ive done some drifts with a on road modified Kyosho Outrage. And I had grip Tires on it

TT-01 is a Nice Chassis, Nothing Wrong with them ..

Now Back on Topic

Recievers and Controllers : 2-Channel Pisto l Grip : Futaba or JR Racing

ESC : Easy: a LRP AI Automatic with reverse and a 13Turn Motor Limit. Buy the Best ESC you can with Reverse ..
saves you buying another one later one when you realise you want a Lower Turn motor...

Just remember if someone tells you that you cant do that(Unless their way is actually a better way) you can do whatever you put your mind to. If you wanna drift with a 2WD. its all in the controll. And for them you really dont need PVC or ABS. Seeming how it would make them spin out even worse. But all in all its just taking time and practicing.

Good Luck
