maybe you didn't tighten the wheels on tight enough?? or maybe the ball cup that your axle goes in is cracked or broken or something??

Your wheels shouldn't be loose. My suggestion is to tighten down your wheel nuts. But, you may be having the problem I'm having, where my wheels spin faster than my tires and it creates a nasty noise/vibration. but, I'd try tightening down the nuts first. Then see what happens.

Tighten them but dont tighten them to the point where they dont spin freely
