Nothing.
Ceramic Grease is the Only Grease Recommended for RC's..
(most RC companies Make EG HPI and Tamiya)
SOME people have been lucky and have used small amounts of regular Car Grease or fishing Reel grease but If you have spent a lot of money on an RC then it is worth getting the approved grease to service it..
