you can try the locked rear diff (with bluetack)
also some stiffer springs for the rear shocks.
both these are quite cheap and will give you an idea as to how different your tt01 will feal before you go spending big bucks on a new motor and different spur gears and the like.

you are right but for the price of a bit of bluetack is it not worth the effort to see what difference you will get??
i have even bought a spare diff (in parts from ebay) and this one is locked and the other is not.
so its just a simple swap over of diffs and away i go.

ESC and Motor Upgrade to a 19x2T wouldnt be too bad either..

I dont think Suspension mods or Oil Filled Shocks are going to improve your Drfting since Yoour already on a Dead flat surface..

The 19x2T will give you some more Top end for some High speed drifting at the same Time retain enough Torque to allow you to do Technical Drift..

Whilst the Stock Silver Can has Plenty of Torque and allows some nice Tight and Controlled Drift, Broad Slides need more top end then what the stock motor can offer..

I also am plaining to get a motor upgrade, but my main question is what motors are considerd tuner. I personally hate everything mussle, but if I get an upgrade I want it to be an aggresive one to. So what is like the V6 for 1/10 motors. V6s are powerful, fast, light weight, reliable, and most of all tuner. Or has RC drifting not been tainted by the mussle heads and all motors are tuner?

19turn is a nice turn motor for drifting, i use the dynasty v2 19t motor, i had a 12turn and had to much..lol, a 19 is more than enough, some people like more but if honest it is wasted unless you plan to drift in big ares with alot of ground and a smooth area to do so on.
