i think you are thinking that the wheel nuts are stripping. no, i did not have this problem. i was talking about the wheel hex, the part that the rims fit on to. i was wondering what brand is that part? because the ones i have are a bit smaller and slip with when i use hpi wheels.
oh boy did i misread that. the wheel hexes on my car are standard 12mm pieces. i've read that some earlier XXXS and losi street weapons had 10mm hexes. just get 12mm hex drives. those from a XXXS or TC3/TC4 should work fine.

speakin of M3s. heres one of mine.

thanks guys! redeyes, i've seen the caliber of your work. i appreciate the props!
pimp, the driveshafts on my car are just slightly above level. the body does scrape the front lip occasionally, but it doesnt affect the driveability of the car. turns, slides, stops, goes w/ no trouble.

i cant really see what chassis you've got there, but if your car allows it, try changing the shock mounting position to maximize your ride height. a lot more work involved in this step. reassemble your shocks and remove any down travel limiting spacers. if there are none, get longer shock shafts.

Some really nice cars here, keep 'em coming guys!
Here is my hpi sprint 2 drift.
I got the 350z with the rtr kit, and then bought the shelby dream later on, along with some abc tires on deep dish and a few hop-ups.
