For a basher, that thing is clean zomB. Was going to get one but Eclipse's in real life are FWD which is unethical in drifting.

Here is newly completed stock TT-01 WRX. I didn't know what to expect from Tamiya shells because this my first but I love it. I think it's my new shelf queen. O yea, I like it clean and subtle. Enjoy!!

They had an all wheel drive virsion if I remeber...just like the Talon TSi...wich was the same car...so you could still make it a drifter...and just find a way to make it with the Eagle emblem...I don't know...It is only a possibility...

WOW!!!!! Lovin' the ClK baby!!!!!!!

I finally bought some upgrades for my TT and I was skeptical at first, but wow, I'm lovin' it now. Don't really want to drive it because the parts are awesome.


First, I upgraded the motor to a 17X2 with the Tamiya metal motor mount:


I also upgraded to the aluminum steering kit; wow, everything is so much tighter now


I also installed the carbon fiber upper brace. I compared it with and without it and with it, the car is unbendable. It stays straight reagarless of pressure I put on it. Without it, the body seems a bit flimsy.



I have a prop shaft in the mail and it was too late to do the bearings. By the way, how long does it take to install all of the metal bearings? Just curious. Did you guys notice a difference.

O yea, and here is the new body I painted with some sweet rims I love; super deep dish. Don't laugh, I know it looks a little funky:

Metal bearings are pretty much imperitive. The stock kit comes with those nylon (white) ones you see. whrn you upgrade the motor past 27T the nylon heats up from the increased friction. When it melts; it will stick. When it dries; it's already welded everything together.

with metal ones; you dhould get a better runtime and smoother drivetrain. Get some before you even think of running that car with a 17x2.

Just installed them. WOW!!!!!!

Thats Like sayin 4wd rcs are unethical for driftin since 2wd's in real life slide better.....Oh well. This hobby is hard tp debate sometimes, thats why I love it
