here it is, opened and built it all today.
It's a TTo1. Turned out pretty well, I installed some LED's into the headlights, put an exhaust pipe in the rear, and im also wrapping the tires in electrical tape tonight.

let me know what you think?

All stock.... at least, until RCMART sends my freaking hop ups!!!!!!

thanks for looking

I bought it from Tower Hobbies. it was the Sport Evo M3 package they offer. And the battery works fine, its a quick charge and it lasts long enough for me to enjoy it!

its ghetto, but it works, and doesnt add much weight.

i took one of my bro's old crappy rc cars and took the lights out of it. I drilled holes in the back of the chrome light peice that came with the body, and then hot glued the LED's into place. I just happened to have an extra switch from tower hobbies, so i used that!

Very nice. I want that. Where can I but those sweet lights.

BTW, your car turned out perfect.

How long did it take?

"To Each His Own" folks.
It seems we are similar e30trash.
I ride long enough for me to enjoy as well. Any Longer and my ride is guaranteed to get ran over.

Nice ride. The lights dont seem ghetto to me

Well, it's hard to go wrong with a single-colored E30 M3. It looks beautiful, great work with the lights too.

Nice ride!

Does anyone know where I could get just the body? I would assume it is a 190mm...

VArad makes great lighting pre assembled kits (you just stick it in the car). Its a good choice for someone who doesnt have a sodering tool.

thanks for the compliments guys, i ordered a new e30 body just for thrashing.
I got some HPI drift tires, wraped them once in electrical tape, and they work GREAT!!!!

My other parts, such as: suspension, alloy drive shaft, racing bearings, three sets of wheels and tires, as well as some extra batteries, are taking forever to get here from RCMART.

sure, it might benefit alot of the noobies on this site. but if i were you id try to focus on any areas that the instructions arent very clear. any questions about how to assemble a car are always asked about gray areas in the instuctions. it would be a nice addition to this site[sm=thumbs_up.gif]

Hey e30trash I dont mean to thread jack here but since its the same product..... I finished my car finally, after I had it all put together I took it all apart to re grease the diffs. I have some pics and I mostlly took almost a single pic on step by step how to put it together with some of the hoopups I bought. I cant paint the body yet because being in Michigan with cold rainy weather doesnt sound good for that. Im ancious to get 1 day of good sun to drive this baby. Im still deciding on what color to paint the body. I really want to use the OEM stickers so it looks as real as posible to.....
