Can an HSI or Yokomo Body shell 1/10 Scale on to a TT-01 Chassis?
Do I have to do any body alterations to make it work?
What is the differance between a 190mm and a 200mm Body shell besides the obviouse size.

it all depends on how much time you want to put into it, but generally it's not that difficult. And the only difference between 190 and 200 is the size.

talking of body shells (soz for the hijack on thread lol ) but i was looking at the HPI 106 pug shell its says 190mm but also says shortwheelbase will it fit or mod onto the tt-01 shell or not worth the hassle?

I wouldn't think that it would be hard to get a yokomo or hsi kit to fit...it might take work but again like stated above it shouldn't be too hard. as for the difference between 190 and 200 is that with a 200 on the tt-01 you would have to get some 6 or 7 mm offset wheels.

Any 190mm touring body will fit on any 190mm chasis elec car. The bodies come clear and uncut so all you have to do is punch holes and cut the extra lexan. However, some bodies will fit different on different chasis. But the dimensions are all the same and since you make the holes, you just make them where ever you need them according to the body posts on the chasis you're using.

A 200mm body is only 10mm wider (5mm left and 5mm right) than a 190mm (clearly). However, 10mm isn't that much. Something as simple as a larger offset on your wheels can make up for the difference in body. Since drifting is more appearence than anything else, most people don't use 200mm bodies unless they can get the correct wheel offset to make the wheels look flush. However, as far as fitment, the 200mm body will still fit just fine on a 190mm elec chasis. The wheels will just look sunk in instead of sitting flush.
