I gave electric a try, I own a TA03F, I bought 2 of the 4200mah and one 3600mah batts, I got the 20t, 19t, 22t, and even a 12t motor to try out, I bought the LRP speed control, many, many pinions, the 15 minute 5 amp charger, and well, I dont get more then 15-25 minutes run time on this setup. So after I dropped nearly $300 CAD into this car and getting such low performance I put it on a shelf. So thats why I went to nitro, cuz my experience with electric was below what I expected I guess, plus Im more familliar with nitros, and its was what I like, and it was cheap! lol. Thats all I wanted to say...
freeze, wanna sell me the ta03f and parts?

I have both an electric and a nitro. In my opinion their both capable of drifting the same level even though there are alot sceptics. Most people tend to use an electric because its the easiest and cheapest way to drift. Nitros on the other hand are alot more expensive to maintain, tune and they do have shorter run time. People like me want a more challenging and complicated hobby to do.

If youve had a bad problems with nitro before and switched to electric because you couldnt handle complaining how it breaks down on you all the time. All i can say is your a noob, learn from your mistakes. Ive seen too many people leave nitros and say electrics are better just because they sucked at it lol

I have an electric drift car and I prefer electric becuase i usually run mine indoors (sometimes til 1-2 in the morning in the garage). My wife (maybe even my neighbors) would kill me if I ran a nitro car til 2 in the morning.

Have to say electric myself less looking after nitros great for speed and bashing but for drifting i would say elecy
both carry the required speed for drifting but theres something about a elecy car drifting that a nitro cant beat the silent slides are awesome

lol the only electrics ive driven was from radio shack (the source) but i love nitro its harder to make them look as good as a electric but there way more realistic in sound, power, speed, and maintanance, but they do break alot but i like to fix them i rele enjoy it lol eccept when the same part breaks2 or 3 times in a row[:@] just want to kick the car but i cant lol
