Looks like way too much for a drifter. For the racrs defiently a top choice, but ive learned that with drifting alot of the time there is no reason to drop $400 on a top of the loine car, when a $150 car will do you just as well.

I don't know I still like the tc4...for the price tag I think that I can wait. give it a year and a half or two then it will be good at a decent price. Law of Depreciation. Other then that looks nice. I like it but I don't know about the belt. from what I see it is the same as a tc4 with the only difference being a belt insted of shaft. but I like it and if I was flowing cash well right now I might look forward to it. but other then that i have no feelings. that is the way I feel. That is a nice looking chasis but the thing I hated about my original HPI RS4 was that little rocks a little bigger than grains of sand were getting into the drive train. They rattle around until they caught up in the drive belt system. They would shred the belts and tear up the pulleys. It agravated me to no end when I would rip the car apart, replace the bad belts then re-assemble the car and then watch it get torn up within the next runs. That is why I invested in a HPI RS4 III SS (Nitro shaft drive) after the engine blew up in the original car. I bought a Team Associated TC4 (Electric shaft drive) for cleaner runs.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I love my TT 01 but there is a bit of slop in the wheels. However my TC4 and the Yokomos I've driven are tight and more precise. For drifting, precision is key especially when getting a solid line and angle.
My two cents....

But if that yokomo has some kind of problem most people will have a hard time getting parts. Other then that I totaly would agree based off what I have seen. I know my friends yok is comparibly easy when put up to the tt-01. But I spose you get what you pay for right?
