I have a HPI Nitro RS4 RTR 3 evo. Racing the car is really fun, but drifting it is by far the most fun ever. My problem is that it seems that there is too much prep time before I even start sliding. The store broke in the engine and tuned it for me, but I'm not very good at tuning the thing, so now im kinda screwed. I was thinking of trying to maybe trade it for an electric because they seem to have almost no maintenance. My question is, do you all think thats a good idea? Will have a hard time finding someone who wants to trade? Thanks in advance.

I think that electric, overall is much lower maintenance compared to nitro. For drifting, just charge and go!
You can see if someone is willing to trade on the forums for an electric car (any 4wd car can drift).
If not..just sell it, and them buy an Himoto Nascada RTR (approx $100 RTR). Then just buy an extra set of wheels and some ABS tires ($6) and you are good to go!

I found someone at my job who wants to trade his HPI electric. The car looks like its in pretty good shape, but im definitely keeping my body and wheels.
