i know this has probably been asked in the THOUSANDS of posts but i cant find it so ill ask, which is better as a stock car wif just abs???
my price range is low so im leaning towards the tl-01 from hbx

A standard TL01 is actually faster than a standard TT01. So if you ever get bored with the drifting (which you will) you will have a fast cheap car afterwards.
I think you're on the right track with the TL01 HBX. Go for it.

HBX Are poor replications and their quality is random, some are good and others make you wana scream..
The TT-01 is easier to work on and more durable.. I am for ever chewing pinions on the HBX but have hardly any problems on the TT-01

i'm new to the world. but i just baught a tt-o1r chassis, and a tl-01 supra kit, and they're on the way. what else do i need to be ready to run, no real budget. just wanna have a badass drifter. ?????????????????????

haha.. he did, and it will last you all of one drift.. to melted plastic and blown equpiment...lol,
