looks lke you're missing an ESC (electronic speed control), seems the kit includes a motor. What about batteries? Charger?

I second that. I just put one in my new XXX-S and I like it a lot. The smart breaking kicks ass. Soooooo much better than the standard set up. Not to mention the reasonable price the 15 turn limit is good and the small footprint.
