Default Servo or Spring settings for drifting.

Hello,
I've been practicing drifting with the TC4 lately. Yesterday I drove my friends Yokoma and it steers much faster, It made it a little easier to "whip" the car out by "snapping" it before the turn.

His springs are stiffer upfront, would that be the difference or would it actually be his servo? He has an older futaba servo.

His servo would move the wheels quickly as mine is a little slower it seems.
