Default Mounting lights...

Hey folks, I am in the process of making my first complete drift body and drift car. I just got a nice light kit off ebay and everything was cool until I realized that HPI did not give me any buckets for the rear lights for my body. Do you guys have any recommendation on how to mount them? Also how do you guys take care of wire control for the lights. Do you tape the wires to the body or do you just zip tie them so they are neat? I was thinking about taping the wires to the body, but I dont want to destroy my paint job if the tape pops off. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I will post pics soon
