Hey guys,
Just brought myself a Tamiya RZ Superstock. It is running on the standard Teu-101BK ESC. I read that this ESC can handle this motor, so I brought it.
Now when I try run it, it gets silly, by this I mean...
Going forward is okay. But when it goes into reverse, it jumps like it would with a flat battery. Then sometimes it goes full accelleration forward and back, smashing into the new table (dad was very happy).
The ESC was super hot, and the motor was very warm, only after a minuites play. Would it be that the ESc cannot handle the new motor?
If this is the case, what ESC's would you recommend for this motor?
Thanks heaps,
STEVEN

M-Troniks Viper RV15
Duratrax Intellispeeed Reverse
Futaba MC330CR
Any of those will do the job...
Try and get an ESC with a motor limit as low as 15T so it allows the ESC to run the motor without Straining
