Default TT01 SHAFT ISSUES

hi guys i bought a TT01 - E kit today and tried to build it myself... now i have... the shaft is not turning... the motor is not turning?
i have no idea what to do?

im regretting buying it can anyone help?

make sure your battery is properly charged, check your pinion is tight on your motor and that the wheels move freely without the motor mounted.

i stripped the whold thing down and rebuilt it again... and it works fine... i got an alloy drive shaft in it and bearings... its really really fast i cant believe how fast it is...
im having trouble getting my drift tyres onto the rims... and suggestions?

thanks anyways... ill upload pictures once its done... i have the GTR 35 body

i heat mine up with a hair dryer right before i put them on the wheel
