Default New to RC and Drifting

I am completely new to RC and Drifting. I have always loved tinkering with electronics and LED lights. So I think I should have a lot of fun with this hobby. Ihave a limit of around $200 to start off with, and im wondering what a good starting point would be for me in RC Drifting. Any help is appreciated.
