Default HPI E-10

I was woundering if i put a mamba max 5700 in a e-10 is that a good choice or is just going to break everything and what do you think i should do for upgrades first?

I think you could see some serious damage. The centre drive shaft will need to be upgraded to aluminum and of course, be sure you have full bearings in the car. The stock plastic motor mount should also be upgraded to aluminum. I've seen pictures of this chassis with the actual chassis cracked around the motor mounts after switching to brushless.

yeah i think that would be way to powerful for the stock shaftdrive and most of its stock parts to handle, How is the drifting with it tho, i have a sprint 2 drift

I just bought it and have only used it inside due to all the snow but it seems to be preety good . But i am also on hard wood floors.But thanks for the info on the mamba max.

I have another question can i use a nimh battery in this or is it bad for the battery or car. And i just put a new hot racing drive shaft in and the car got louder is normal as well.

You can use a Nimh in it, but I wouldnt use lipo till you get a cut off installed...
