Charger With Deans Connectors Compatibility?
I'm thinking of switching over to deans connectors and getting a custom battery made so I need to know a few chargers that are compatible with deans connectors or am I going to have to add a second female plug of another type that will fit into my current charger?

RE: Charger With Deans Connectors Compatibility?
If it is LiPo get a Dynamite Passport. They charge only LiPos. I got mine for $70. If u are not looking for a LiPo strict charger i recommend the Duratrax Onyx 230. I charge a few batteries with deans on it and it works fine. I don't remember the price on it but its no more than $100

don't buy a charger based on connection type, you can always use adapters for different connector type and you can always switch connectors on batteries. Get a charger that will charge NiHM, LIPO and balance charge and has adjustable charge rates.
this site has adapters for mismatched charger to battery connectors, like deans to tamiya.

just get an imax b6 off ebay, they are like 40 plus shipping and will charge ANYTHING!
oh and the connector isn't whats important, just chop off whatever is on there and solder on some deans plugs, simple as that.
