The only ones I know about are the ones HPI offers for their Cup Racer series. Those have calipers.
Other than that, I purchased a set of Eagle racing ones, from GenkiDoriDori. Those don't have calipers, though.
I fit them onto my TA05 VDF, and they are a good fit. They are no wider than the stock hexes, and are made of aluminum, with slots milled in them, to look like the real thing.
Calipers you may have to scratch-build.

Alright Ill try my hand at scratch building Ive only done stuff like that for Warhammer 40,000 minis and Gundam models so I guess how much harder could it be? but thanks for the help so GenkiDoriDori is legit then?

Oh yeah....Genki's legit.
NO, no.........Those aren't for wheels, unless you're talking about steering wheels for your transmitter.
Keep looking....They're on the site you were at..... They'll look exactly like those, except no caliper. They'll come in two or three different styles and two diameters.
I notice on my Meisters, the large ones take up the entire inside diameter of the wheel. The small ones have a little "daylight" showing through, so it looks like a disc is behind the wheel.
Let me take a look, be right back........

O.K., Just came from Genki........
Look in the "dress up" section, page three. You'll see all the styles and colors. Price is for a pair, so you'll have to get two sets.
Try them out. They sure look nice when mounted.

I guess I'll wait for the set that actually works as brakes........
Forty dollah lotta moneh.
Suppose I'll scratch-build a set. I mean, how hard can it be?

You could always just make your own. Take a wheel down to home depot and look for the right size washer and drill holes in in. But you would also have to make calipers.
