Well I finally finished the Supra shell I started 2 months ago. I gotta say upfront that its a pretty poor effort. The decals were a right nightmare and I didnt have much luck with creases and bubbles but here it is :P

Yeah those should fit any 1/10 car pretty much. Just be aware of the fact that almost all the disc brake hex adapters add some offset so your wheel arches need to be modified slightly depending on your bodyshell.

Cool, i will get some for sure. By the way i just got some drift wheels and tires, from Tamya. They are not the best looking ones, but they do the job. I will first need to learn how to drift well and then i will get some nice wheels. I tried to drift yesterday and it was amazing, much easier than i thought. I was only able to play with it for a few minutes, before my steering servo bolt broke. There was not a single time i was able to play with the car for longer than 5min, something alway breaks. Nothing big but really annoying.

i was wondering what suspension set up is best for drifting. I think it was already addressed before. But i cant find the thread. What viscosity oil should i use in the shocks. I got the car used and decided to look at the oil in the shocks and it was all gunky and i changed it with 20 weight. And should the shocks be stiffer or more spongy. Thanks

Your thinking of the R34 Nismo Z-Tune I did. I'm actually about to redo that bodyshell completely. This time with a light kit. Should have it done in about 2 weeks so expect some pics soon.

I'm finding that I'm getting better each shell I do. by the time you get to doing your 3rd shell you'll find that you have cutting the shell out sus'd out and painting and masking seems to be alot easier. Its just decals that I personaly think are still a nightmare. I'd love to hear some tips and tricks from people on what they do to get larger decals down without bubbles or creases. Especially when the decal flows over edges and corners on a shell?

I was thinking perhaps warming the decals up before you apply them might help. Of course when you apply them you have to go slowly making sure to use a small toothpick or something to press down the decal as you lay it down keeping it stretched over the surface.

I have just bought one of these shells but doesnt come with spoiler, I live in the UK does anyone know where I can order one from, or a nice drift spoiler?

Yokomo makes some. Many places to order from. Speedway Pal makes a carbon fiber one 60 bucks though.

hi everyone, this is my first post, i would like to show you guys my drift car, i use it mostly indoors inside my work (shop), work has been slow so this car has being seeing alot of action lately, i use regular rubber tires, i think they are hpi super radials, i tried putting electrical tape on the tires but it actually made it harder to slide controllably, so i'm sticking to rubber (in the background is my future drift project)
