Hmmmmm...
That's in quite a few bits.
Apparently three wheel drive isn't that useful for forward motion. Now what on earth could have caused this? (Aside from some full throttle action and a beach...)
Oh. Bullet proof, but apparently not big nasty Neu proof.

Too much resistance from the sand caused something to give and that resulted in a domino effect of shredded cast metal.
Now for the part that you don't want to hear...
Strip down the whole drive train including the tranny and look for more broken parts. If you don't and just replace the parts that you think is broken, you will realize about 5 seconds after pressing the throttle for the first time after reassembly that crunching sound is all the parts that you just replaced.

Lol, I'm not scared of a little strip and rebuild seen as the truck was a scratchbuild anyway. The rest of the drivetrain is HD throughout, whilst the diff internals are the standard pot metal items, it's just a failure point 'tis all. Those big joes put an awful strain on the drivetrain too. I'm willing to bet it was the bevel pins that gave way first, next pull of the throttle cracked the bevel in half. If you look close you'll see the bevel pins in 4 pieces.
