If its redcat, its junk. You will have a hard time finding parts once that model has been discontinued. Get a Traxxas or something, because then you can just go to your local hobby shop to get replacements.

traxxas does make good stuff, and parts are easier to get(ie, most hobby shops)
but you can get redcat parts on ebay, online stores and direct from redcat.
good luck trying to find a brushless traxxas for $175. unless you get a good deal on a used one.

oh, and redcat doesnt "make" anything. they import, support and service the RC's they sell.

i just ordered a XTG Pro and sold my bandit. its supposed to get to me on monday. it is reasonably priced. it is true that you can get traxxas parts at your LHS, but trust me, don't get a traxxas. they are way overpriced. not to mention their crappy motors.

you should not talk about traxxas quality if you only owned a titan 12t...

and as many if not more people are disapointed with redcat's products.
they are not cheap for nothing, they dont have QC, have cheap plastic parts, no local part support and more and more.

just check out there forums, do you see as many people making threads saying ''xxxxxxxx is crap, its allready broke'' in hpi, losi, traxxas, associated forums ?
i dont think so...

Hopefully you got the brushed version of the Redcat and you can see how long that lasts. If it's the brushless version then comparing a stock brushed car to a stock brushless car is like comparing apples and oranges.
