Default Just ordered a RC10B4 Factory Team Buggy Kit...

Well, pretty much finished building up my rustler and building one from scratch for my son, so I figured its time to get a kit to build and get somthing other than a traxxas. What size brushless motor and pinion works best in these. I will be using this for bashing mostly.

Any of the 13.5 systems will be more than enough. A Novak Havoc 3S is sitting in the toolbox waiting on ThunderbirdJunkie to drop in his FT B4.1.

built the b4, swapped all the electronics over from my rustler to try it out. So far I love it, handles great. Running 28/81 gearing and the taconbrushless motor gets to 110 degrees, room for more gear. I dyed the rims and painted the body. This is the first body I've painted, let me know what you guys think. I think it came out decent, Idid have a bit of trouble painting the wing cause the film is on the bottom of the wing. sorry if the pics are crappy,

for just bashing I'd buy a little more motor than 13.5t (unless you're going with a ramping 13.5)

I have a couple year old 13.5t and it's OK, very smooth and good on track, but if I was just bashing I'd probably get a 10.5

Res...the car drives awesome with the 14 turn as it sits[&:] It's fast and hangs with everything else on the track. It probably won't be any faster with the 13.5
