By far, the sweetest thing about owning a Slash 4x4 is that everyone including their grandmothers are making parts and upgrades for it. One of the reasons I finally succumbed to the SC fever was that as a Savage owner, I was getting jealous of all the new goodies that SC trucks were getting and how freaking fast new stuff kept being revealed.

Needless to say, its awesome to own a Slash 4x4 knowing that i've got CRAP LOADS of hopups, bling, accessories and details that I can add to make my truck my very own unique look and style.

Seeings how i've always been a unique sorta person, I of course fell in love with prolines 14RS body as something to give my Slash 4x4 a different look then everyone elses Slash out there. It helps that many people don't like the look of it either.

Now I see that Proline has once again upped the ante in the body depart with the launching of this sweet looking body! Man, they think up the best stuff! Looks like I may be retiring my 14RS body sooner then I had planned, this thing looks freaking sweet! I love the rear airplane fins on the back and the vents all around like some kinda F22 fighter jet!

The FloTek body is neat. Got one on preorder. Then it'll only take 37 months for ThunderbirdJunkie's paint guy to paint it[&:]

i went through quite a few pair of tiers since i had my slash 2wd i finely decided to get the 17mm well converters and run 1/18 buggy wheels and tires . i tell you i will never go back to sc tiers i dont race and just like to bash in the grass and run around the yard and i am really happy . got the 4 wheel and tires off ebay for 25.00 shipped and there seeing very little ware after running it on the street and grass just about every day. the feedback he has gotten on the tiers are great hundreds of happy customers

^ those "cheap" 1/8 tire and wheel combo's are great. i have a set of the pin's on my 1/8 rc8be.

note that if you want to use these on high power cars (1/8 & sc 4x4) get the "pro" versions with the better molded inserts.
they are only a few bucks more. the regular inserts will fall apart under high power/high voltage.

personally, i like the chassis setup, everything is easy to reach and repair, and its not that high as per say a truck, but what sets me down is the body styling.....i just cant get around it....
