Traxxxas slash 4x4 blinking slow red and not running lipos????
ok so today i go to drive my slash 4x4 and it drives for about 15secs and then no trottle?
sterring works just no trottle.
the esc is blinking red slowly and i cant turn it off i have to unplug the batt to shut it off.
im not running lipos im running just the stock 3000nimah batts.
can anyone help.

Mine did something similar. Turns out the VXL-3s was done for so I replaced it with something worthwhile....

when you first turn it on what color is the light on the esc? you may have the LVC on.

Make sure the light on the ESC is Red (LVC off) and not Green (LVC on) when you turn it on.

Mine did a similar action as well. i was running a 3s lipo and i assume it was in thermal mode. It was blinking red slowly and would not shut off. i disconnected the battery and didnt run it for a few days. the next time that i ran it all was well. Kinda hoped it would be broke so i could upgrade to a castle system. lol
