Default XP SC450 ESC Set Up Question

I've read the instructions and have figured out how to make changes to the setting (was interested in brake % changes) . Seems like I did it ok but can't find a way to confirm the brake setting I have re-set to. Is there a way to confirm the setting in the ESC ? I went from (default) 2.5% to 5% I THINK. There is also a 10% not sure if 10% or 5% is where I am set.
Looking for a way to confirm I have the right brake setting set.
XP SC450 ESC-BL in a RC10T4.1
THANKS

Thanks would be nice if there was a "check" program to tell what all the setting are set at, but I think I got it right, will see.
