It is a 1/8th scale ESC so it would work. It is the same as the Mamba Monster ESC

If you are refering to the Blur ESC that is in the Savage XS then yes it should work.

The Vapor (Sidewinder "Pro") is in the XS, the Blur is the rebadged MMM in the Flux HP.

The only issue with using the MMM/Blur in a 2 or 3S application is the BEC is set up to work with 4, 5 or 6S. Which actually may not be an issue at all, since it won't be stepping down voltage as much as it normally would?

You should be good to go. Just get some 6mm-to-4mm bullet connector adapters and you should be golden.
