I LOVE my XXX-SCT. For my driving skills/style, it's the best 2WD SCT.

I LOVE my XXX-SCT. For my driving skills/style, it's the best 2WD SCT.
Just about everyone at the track runs losi. 4x4 class ten-sct, 2wd class xxx-sct, 2wd electric buggy 22, and 1/8 nitro losi 8. I like associated don't get me wrong, but out of 15-20 xxx-sct owners at the track, I figure if I brake it's a better chance of someone having a part to give. And if 15-20 guys say it's the best handling at our track who am I to argur. Well I hope it's as good as you and everyone else say it is. Slide a cheek Scottgir I'm gettin on the wagon!

Finally got the truck. The only things I don't like are the cheap tools it comes w/, no pinion gear included, and there are 2 stupid standoffs molded in the chassis for there esc. I'm going to have to dremel them off to fit my mmp in. Other than that looks like a solid truck. I used to race a xxx-nt and this is basically the same so I know it will handle great w/ minimal tuning, can't wait for sunday morning. I'm gonna have a blast at the track.

Well I had a blast at the track yesterday! I had some good fast laps in the qualifier till a nut backed off a ball stud and it came out. So I fixed that and put some softer springs on the front. I went out and won the heat! Yes things were great. Well I got into the A-main however I got greedy and tried to get just a little more steering out of it by lowering the ride height a hair. Ugh should have left it alone after the winning heat. It developed the worst push ever and came in last in the A. Ya well not a bad day considering I haven't raced in 6-7 yrs.
